It is my mission to build an Alpine resort that will create a new frontier for luxury hospitality, with sustainability and wellness at its core. An uncompromising vision of an autarkic gated community promoting an environmentally conscious lifestyle, managed by one of the greatest brands of the industry - Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. The project that is very close to my heart and soul is brought to life by a team of extraordinary human beings. In this team we challenge ourselves every day to think and act beyond the expected. We want to continuously push the limits to go where no one has been before in luxury hospitality.

The Six Senses brand is considered a pioneer in sustainability. According to CEO Neil Jacobs, it is above all the mix of closeness to nature, wellness and responsible hospitality that makes the group so successful. Since joining Six Senses in 2012, his focus has been to elevate the brand in terms of responsible design, green initiatives and wellness programming. Under his leadership, the company has opened resorts in some of the world’s most beautiful destinations, as well as adapting the brand’s values to sophisticated and contemporary urban environments.

Interior Designer MBDS
Martin Brudnizki is the founder and principal of Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (MBDS), an internationally acclaimed interior architecture and design practice. The team of over 70 interior designers, architects, lighting designers and product designers create hotels, restaurants, bars and private members’ clubs alongside residential developments and help a select number of people design their dream homes. The Studio works across the world with notable clients including: Four Seasons, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, Soho House Group, The Birley Group, Caprice Holdings, Sydell Group, The Royal Academy of Arts, Nobu Matsuhisa and Daniel Boulud.
Architects
Six Senses Kitzbuehel Alps features dramatic architecture by Italian architect Alberto Priolo and award winning studio International Architecture Workshop (IAW). Alberto Priolo, Italian architect and head of the architectural office in Moscow (IAW RUS), graduated from the Polytechnic University of Turin (Italy) and Mc Gill University in Montreal (Canada). Since 1995 International Architecture Workshop (IAW) have been lead architects on various exclusive small to large scale projects from Russia to France, Germany and the US.
Construction
Lindner Group manufactures adaptable building products, delivers a variety of construction services, and develops tailor-made construction solutions.
