In the middle of nature and surrounded by the Wasenmoos reserve, we aim to offer an exclusive sanctuary that can sustain many generations to come, including access to the best and purest food, crystal-clear drinking water from our own springs, and a safe and protected life at the foot of the largest national park in the Austrian Alps - the Hohe Tauern.

We have infused this project with so much love and passion that we have decided to only sell our branded residences to those that fully and truly identify with our core values, ideas and culture. We care about authenticity and it is how we approach every aspect of this project, from team building to planning to sourcing materials and to managing the construction site.
