Architecture by IAW will pay homage to the narrow and pointed roof designed houses in Kitzbühel’s old town, whilst incorporating the surrounding alpine nature. 

A year-round paradise for nature lovers, Six Senses Kitzbühel Alps homeowners and guests will have the privilege of ski-in, ski-out facilities at 1,230 metres during the winter months, along with hiking, biking and walking trails at their doorstep during the spring and summer.
